Large projects have usually a number of suppliers of O&M services. In addition to the main O&M supplier there may be several Long Term Service or support Agreements (LTA) procured from the main equipment suppliers. O&M Strategy provides the basis and framework for the Invitation to Tender documentation. The Agreement should be balanced, clear, practical and naturally bankable. The performance level and related bonus penalty including risk sharing and cost allocation to the Parties shall be clearly defined
O&M Services Agreement (OMA)
Negotiating the OMA and selecting the service provider require deep understanding of the business on operational level. In the OMA the proposals and comments of the tenderers shall be considered for optimal solution.
